But the BEST. Yes, the very BEST part of the week was Toliver’s Secret by Esther Wood Brady. A story about Ellen Toliver, a 10-year old girl, who aides the patriots during the revolutionary war….The loaf made it to General Washington (my 5 year old), who shared the loaf with all his spies while the code cracker figured out the secret message.
